As with all our services, the weather is a
critical factor in launching a balloon. Safety is our number one concern and it
takes priority over all other activities. If the winds or weather do not allow a
complete balloon inflation on a particular day we will not be able to fly. If at
all possible our team members will work with you to schedule alternative
arrangements. Thank you for your understanding.

Company Outings
Every company wants to provide a fun and motivational workplace
for their employees. Many teams have outings, picnics or other recognition
events. Rochester Balloon Company can bring you a Hot Air Balloon
Celebration! We can inflate the balloon and perform tethered maneuvers for
your event. The balloon will tower over everything at 65 ft tall and 55 ft
in diameter. For additional fees we can also provide tied off tethered
balloon rides allowing your company employees to experience a true 'ride' in
a gigantic Hot Air Balloon!

Neighborhood Events
|
Ever wanted to have something really exciting for your neighborhood picnic
this year? We can help! If a suitable launch area such as a large yard or
nearby park exists, we can bring our Hot Air Balloon and the launch team
directly to your neighborhood. If the winds are acceptable we can do
inflation and launch, inflation and a demonstration or inflation and short
tied off tethered rides. Just contact us for a specific quote based on your
ideas.

Company Banners
One of the most cost effective ways to boost your advertising is to fly a
hot air balloon over the city with your company name and logo on it! It is a
very simple process and we can help you out.
We will first meet with you to understand what you are looking to achieve
with your advertising campaign. Our team will work with you to create a unique
program tailored to your needs. Most often we will use what is called a 'banner'
to attach to the balloon with your company name and logo on it. These banners
are huge billboards that will soon be floating over the city with everyone
talking about your company name.

The banners are professionally done and look outstanding when finished. It
is totally your design and the artwork can match your company logo exactly. If
you should decide to terminate your flight contract at a later date, the large
banner will be your to use as you wish for other company activities. We can
also distribute company cards, discount certificates, brochures or other
information to all the people that come up to the balloon

Grand Openings
Everyone wants to call attention to a Grand Opening or other major
celebration event at their store or company. Rochester Balloon Company can
help you make it a really Grand Opening!
With the proper space near your store and the right weather conditions, we
can launch a huge floating billboard that will draw passerby's right to your
store front. This can be done with or without a banner attached to the
balloon. It all depends on what you would like to do. Give us a call and we'll

Family Picnics
Family gatherings can be fun events for adults and kids. But how many
times have you had a real big red and white hot air balloon at your family
picnic? Well now is your chance!
Rochester Balloon Company can work with you to make your family never
forget this picnic. As with all our events we need the proper space to inflate
and the weather must be very good with light winds. So give us a jingle and
we'll see what we can do. You'll never forget the excitement that shows in
your children's faces as they see the large balloon inflate in front of their
eyes!
